Hi Dave!

Ever since my kids were toddlers, we’ve used the phrase “Find your calm” instead of “Calm down.” It’s become a small anchoring mantra for me as much as for them, reminding us that calm is always in reach, even when it doesn’t feel that way.

Thanks for stopping by and being part of my small effort to share gratitude with people who have added calm to my work life over the years!
